Weigh-ins take place tomorrow night 6-8 PM in 5 min time slots. Sign up early at the box or call in prior.
If you did the initial test 6 weeks ago, you must do the following to complete the challenge:
+ Re-test body fat
+ Bring your food logs (completed)
+ Bring your original test results.
+ Do not eat 4 hours prior to testing
+ Do not exercise 12 hours prior to testing
+ Do not consume alcohol for 24 hours prior to testing
+ Hydrate well the day before
+ Do not drink caffeine on the day of your test
+ Insure access to both feet with removable footwear
+ Do not wear jewelry- all jewelry will have to be removed prior to testing
+ Do not put lotion on your hands and feet
There will be a FREE NUTRITIONAL SEMINAR to go over the results, answer questions, and helping you guys to maintain clean habits moving forward. EVERYONE is welcome, even if you did not do the challenge.
