The goal behind this challenge was to see who can stay the most strict and reap the most results after 7 weeks of a good ol fashion Paleo and CrossFit lifestyle. The main objective was to help instill discipline and to develop clean eating habits in your everyday life. We hope that you all found that Paleo was alot easier and tastier than you expected and you all realize the negative effects all that old junk food had on your body.

Each athlete was given points according to where they placed amongst others in there Level in each category. The overall score was judge based on who had the lowest total points.
